We challenge by analysing the business environment of the company, provoke to create innovative thinking and finding new opportunities. To support is to secure the long term success of a change and development process. We do this by e.g. initiating and managing internal communication with the purpose to listen, anchor, inspire and create real action. We also perform a number of different surveys and analyses, providing insight and supporting change. |
